For more than twenty years, I have helped individuals, families, and businesses navigate complex legal challenges throughout Texas.

After beginning my career as a prosecutor, I entered private practice in the fall of 2008 and built a reputation for thoughtful strategy, meticulous preparation, and effective advocacy. Over the course of my career, I have tried well over one hundred jury trials, handled numerous appeals, and represented clients in matters ranging from criminal defense and litigation to real estate and business-related disputes.

I believe every representation begins with a simple question: What outcome is the client trying to achieve?

Once that question is answered, my job is to develop the strongest possible path forward. Sometimes that means negotiating a favorable resolution. Sometimes it means finding creative solutions outside the courtroom. And sometimes it means preparing a case for trial and advocating fiercely on behalf of a client when the stakes demand it.

Clients deserve more than legal knowledge. They deserve clear communication, honest advice, and a lawyer who understands both the risks and opportunities presented by each decision. My approach is practical, strategic, and tailored to the goals of the individual client rather than a one-size-fits-all formula.

In addition to my legal practice, I remain actively involved in leadership and service within the legal profession. I currently serve as Chair of the Texas Lawyers' Assistance Program and have been recognized for my contributions to lawyer wellness, professional development, and public service with a Presidential Citation from the State Bar of Texas and a Presidential Award from the Texas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association. I am also pursuing an LL.M. in Real Property Development at the University of Miami School of Law through their distance learning program.

Today, my practice focuses on litigation, criminal defense, appeals, and real estate matters, serving clients throughout Texas from offices in Dallas and Plano.
